Mr. Liu Ke is the Managing Director of Caravel Metallurgical , and the Country Head, China and the Chief Representative of Caravel China Limited Beijing Representative Office, for the Caravel Group. He joined the Caravel Group in December 2013.

Prior to joining The Caravel Group, Liu Ke was Co-Country Head, China, and Executive Director, Hard Commodities China at Noble Group. During his 15-year tenure with Noble Group, he contributed to building a strong commercial business and reputation in China for the Group’s hard commodities, especially iron ore and dry bulk shipping.

Liu Ke began his career at China Minmetals Group in Beijing in 1992, and three years later, he was sent to their overseas subsidiary in Hamburg, Germany, to continue strengthening their presence in Europe with respect to shipping and steel-related trading businesses.

Liu Ke holds a Master’s degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. In addition, he graduated with a BA in Economics from Shanghai Maritime University with International Shipping Management as his major.
