Case study: Supporting IMO’s Decarbonization Goals

Given the IMO’s targets for reducing GHG emissions in the shipping industry, the IMO has introduced the CII, aiming to reduce each ship’s carbon intensity by requiring ships to become more operationally efficient. NOVA, our proprietary data analytics program, captures and analyzes data from each ship to determine the CII.

Our employees and seafarers on board also play a key role in monitoring and helping reduce fuel consumption, through adopting measures aimed at improving the vessel’s operational efficiency.
