We make every effort to nurture our people, and we have a range of initiatives to support their physical and mental health, as well as their overall wellbeing. We are particularly proud of our comprehensive occupational health and safety systems, insurance provisions and our dedicated FLEET Care team, who support seafarers and their families.

Our safety-first mindset anchors everything we do, as demonstrated by Fleet Management earning the DryBMS badge from RightShip and receiving its 13th Outstanding Performance Award in Port State Control from the Hong Kong Marine Department. We also achieved zero Lost Time Injuries among superintendents—a new target that reinforces safety across all roles. Each milestone marks more than progress; it’s a reminder to keep raising the bar on safety to protect what matters most.
